How to personalize, preview and share a digital gift with a PIN
Learn how digital gift templates, saved drafts, purchased gift links and optional PIN protection work on itzyourgift.com.
Preview the template before personalizing
A digital gift template is a designed experience that you personalize using its form. Browse the available occasions, open a product, and use its full-screen preview to see how it works. Live card previews use sample values; they are not a view of another customer’s saved gift.
Choose Create your own to add your details. Follow the fields provided for that particular design, such as a recipient’s name, a message, dates or photos where supported. Preview after editing and check spelling, image placement and any important dates.
Understand drafts and purchases
Saving a draft keeps your design available while you make changes or prepare to check out. A draft preview is intended for reviewing your work. It is different from the recipient link created for a confirmed purchased gift.
When checkout is available, review the design and order details before purchasing. Your purchased gifts provide a Share option once the order is confirmed. Payment setup or an unavailable checkout should never prevent you from browsing the public catalogue and trying a template.
Use the optional PIN thoughtfully
A PIN adds a lock screen before the recipient can open the gift. Choose a PIN that fits the form’s requirements and share it with the intended recipient. Send it separately from the link if you want the unlock detail to remain in a different conversation.
The recipient opens a standalone gift page rather than the store’s shopping interface. If you have set an opening time, check it before sharing. Treat a private gift link as personal: anyone you give the link and required unlock details to may be able to open it. Keep a copy of the correct sharing details in your purchased gifts.
